From brief to approved sample

We review construction, measurements, fabric direction, colourways, trims and branding details before preparing patterns and samples. The sampling stage creates a shared reference before bulk production.

Cut, sew and finish with clarity

Our process coordinates cutting, sewing, printing or embroidery requirements, finishing, inspection and packaging so your custom garments are produced against an agreed specification.

Turn your tech pack into a control document

Include a numbered measurement chart, seam construction, fabric specification and artwork positions. Identify the revision on each file. A reference garment helps communicate fit, but any intended changes should be recorded explicitly rather than inferred from the sample.

Approve what bulk production will follow

Review a sample in the intended fabric and record acceptable measurement tolerances. Check wash behaviour, print position and seam appearance. Confirm which sample and bill of materials are the production reference before approving bulk cutting.
